Luke 2:4 And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) 5 To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.
It’s that time of the year, the air is different, the holiday season is here with its festivities, merriment, warmth and good tidings.
Amidst the merriment is the birth of our Saviour Jesus Christ, He is the true gift of Christmas that keeps on giving. Every year, Christmas is as new as ever cheering the hearts and beautifying the world.
So have you received this gift? What gift you ask? You may have received some really nice gifts but the greatest gift is the gift that keeps on giving, changing lives, healing people, making the poor rich, strengthening the weak and empowering the poor. This gift is Salvation found only in Jesus Christ.
So who ever you are, know that someone loves you, receive the gift of his love as you make him the Lord of your life. As you do this, you’ll find out that there’s so much more in Christ; Prosperity, Health, Happiness, all the good things that you desire and more are in Christ.
Matt 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you
As you seek Christ first and his Kingdom, every other thing which you desire shall be added unto you.
Celebrate the greatest gift of all, Jesus.
